Your program

4 possible levels :

There's sure to be a program to suit your objectives

The moderate-impact session for getting people moving and learning tennis in a relaxed environment.
For people who would like to take up tennis for the first time.

The balanced session focuses on mixing exercise and high-energy play.
For people who like to work out and sweat.

The gaming session focused on intense rallies and competitive team games.
For people who like to play for points.

The high-intensity session focuses on tennis drills and a high volume of strokes.
For people who like to push their limits.

What is the Triple program?

  • The Triple is arguably the greatest game to play in tennis and is a Cardio Tennis signature program.
  • Triple Tennis is fast, engaging and accommodates 6-8 players per court with plenty of hitting.
  • Triple is played 3 against 3 with one player at the net and two players on the baseline.
  • Players complete a circular rotation halfway through each point.

What is a triple event?

  • An event is a social and inclusive experience designed for a large number of players (4 to 8 pitches), usually lasting 90 minutes.
  • We focus on having fun, meeting new people and having a good workout.
  • There will be points, of course, but it's not about the competition.

POP.TENNIS is padel without the glass, easier, more social and even more fun.

In POP Tennis, the court is a little smaller, the ball a little slower, the racket a little shorter and specially designed to enhance the experience; this game offers a fun, dynamic and engaging experience for players of all ages and levels.

POP Tennis is a great sport for beginners of all ages, an easy way for tennis and padel players to change their routine or for competitors to find new ways to win.

POP Tennis is an exhilarating, fast-paced sport that combines the best elements of traditional tennis and padel.

"Anyone can play, whenever, wherever and with whomever they want".
