What makes a real Cardio Tennis session?
H.I.T.T.(High Intensity Tennis Training) TO BE FIT
I don't play tennis. Can I join a session?
Yes!
Each of our coaches is cardio-tennis trained and will do everything to ensure that everyone is involved in a great session.
No tennis skills required.
Should I wear a heart rate monitor?
Yes!
To ensure a safe and effective session, each participant must wear one.
We have partnered with ICE WATCH to provide the best technology available.
Are these sessions also for advanced players?
Yes!
One of the main aims of cardio tennis is to train for tennis; the use of cardio balls and the coach's skills create the right challenge for any level of tennis and/or fitness.
Not yet convinced?...Challenge us, come and try out a session!
Does the session include a proper warm-up and cool-down?
Yes!
A session lasts between 50 and 60 minutes and includes:
